~ The Garden of Enlightened Knowing ~
Bodhinyanarama is a traditional Theravada Buddhist monastery in the lineage of Ajahn Chah and Ajahn Sumedho. Set in a 60 hectare wooded valley near Wellington, New Zealand it is principally a residence for those wishing to participate or train in the monastic lifestyle. It also provides a suitable environment for lay visitors and overnight guests.

There are no scheduled events.

Wednesday:
8.15am monastics walk down Stokes Valley Road to the shopping area to collect alms.
Evening Puja: Residents take the 8-precepts. There is a Dhamma talk – 7pm
