Khao Pansa
This Sunday, 26th. This public celebration marks the beginning of the rains retreat. The Vassa is a very important time in the monastic calendar and the lay community comes together to acknowledge this. A very joyful, “Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu!” kind of thing. We should be so lucky! Begins at 10:00am and finishes around 1:30pm. All are welcome.

We are delighted to inform you that Ajahn Sumedho will be visiting us next year. Dates and details have yet to be finalised but it is likely to be some time in March. His last visit was in 2009. This is a rare occasion and one we will make the most of. We will announce details as they arrive.
Kathina Season
Kathina Season
Vassa hasn’t even started yet and we are getting ready! November, Sunday 8th. Part of the reason for setting the date early was to ensure that Ajahn Khemmavaro, the abbot of Wat BuddhaDhamma out of Sydney, would be able to join us. Ajahn Sucitto will also be with us to celebrate.
Dana List
Dana List
People coming to the monastery often ask what we need. There is a list in the kitchen and many phone us to check that. We now have that list on the web site Dana List You can check this any time. Thank you for your support. Anumodana.
